Mrs. Susana Dalmeida is a compassioned and dedicated preaschool teacher with a strong passion for Early Childhood Education. This is Mrs. Susana’s first year working with FBCA, through her personal faith journey Mrs. Susana has developed a deep commitment to nuturing both the academic excellence and spiritual growth of young learners, she strives to create a caring and supportive classroom where children are encourage and inspired to grow in both knowledge and faith each day.
With 16 years of experience working with young learners, Mrs. Susana specializes in creating nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom eviroments where children can explore, learn and grow with confidence.
She strongly believes that the early years are the foundation of lifelong learning and focouses on developing children’s social, emotional, cognitive and motor skills through plar-based and hands-on learning experiences. Mrs. Susana encorages curiosity, creativity and independence while supporting each child’s unique developmental needs.
Mrs. Susana holds an Early Childhood Development Associates from Northampton Community College, Family Worker Certification degree from Rutgers University, a VPK Teacher certification and a VPK Direcctor Credentials. Mrs.Susana is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, holding over sixty hours of trainings and certifications in Early Childhood from infants to kindergarten in literacy, math, social and emotional development.
In the classroom she incorporates age-appropriate activities, stortelling, music, interactive learning to help children build importante foundational skills and nurture young minds within a faith-based learning enviroment.
Through patience, enthusiasm and genuine love for teaching, Mrs. Susana strives to create positive early learning experiences that help every child feel valued, confident and excited about learning.
